Are you feeling low or anxious and struggling to cope? If so the 'Changing Lives Primary Care Wellbeing Service' may be able to help you. The project offers two levels of support to meet a range of different needs:
IAPT - Improving Access to Psychological Therapies
The IAPT service provides short term therapeutic-based interventions for people going through difficult times including one-to-one low intensity Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). If you are interested in in IAPT please speak to a clinician who can refer you for this service.
Are you struggling with personal or relationship difficulties? Or, perhaps you are feeling permanently low, confused or stressed? Counsellors work with individuals or couples for a period of 12 weeks at a low-cost in St Neots, Huntingdon and Cambridge. For more information please contact Elisabeth Allan on 07561182508.
Inclusion is a Drug & Alcohol family service which offers informal and confidential support for families and carers of substance misusers.

- First Saturday of the Month (Wisbech)
- Second Saturday of the Month (Cambridge)
- Last Saturday of the Month (Huntingdon)
Wisbech & District Stroke Club provide information, social, leisure, learning and other activities for Stroke survivors & carers.
Meetings normally take place on the second and last Friday or each month at the Wisbech Library at 1.15pm. There are no membership fees so for more details please contact 07501980603
Headway Cambridgeshire - Improving Life after Brain Injury
Headway is a charity that helps provide support for people who suffer with a brain injury. There is a social and support group which provides a relaxed environment where the individual, family, partners and careres can get thogether abd share experiences and support.
The group meets each month and a variety of locations and you local groupd is at Octavia's Cafe, South Brink, Wisbech on the last Tuesday of every month from 1.00pm.
If you have recently been referred through the E-Referral system after a consultation with us and you wish to change your appointment date and/or time, you can do so by following the link below and using your unique referral information that we would have posted out to you.
