Clearer information for patients
Here at the North Brink Practice we are dedicated to the needs of all of our patients, and as such we would like to ensure that all information that we send to you is clear and that you are able to understand it fully. If you find it difficult to understand anything that we send you or if you feel you would like additional support in your appointments, please let one of the team members know.
Information can be made available in large print, easy read format or braille.
We also have access to British Sign Language interpreters if required when booked in advance.
A hearing loop is available at the practice, and is also available for home visit use. Please let us know if this would be beneficial to you, or if you use any other communication tools.
