PhillipPractice Manager  - Phillip Wareing


The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.




Assistant Practice Manager - Carol Shailes


As Assistant Practice Manager, Carol is responsible, along with the Practice Management Team, to ensure quality standards are provided to our patients. Specific responsibilities are in finance, human resources, recruitment, office management and information technology.




Patient Services Team Manager - Julie Harper

The patient services team deal with a wide range of duties. These include booking appointments, dealing with hospital letters/reports and results, data input, insurance forms and the booking of all hospital referrals. We also deal with any patient queries relating to the above.





DianeClinical Performance Manager - Diane Cole

The Clinical Performance Manager ensures the practice reaches and achieves the targets set by the Department of Health and Public Health, ensuring that our patients receive safe and effective care.
