The Wisbech GP Hub is a GP supervised nurse-led clinic offering evening and weekend appointments to patients registered with North Brink Practice, Trinity Surgery, Clarkson Surgery and Parson Drove Surgery. Any patient needing an appointment can book into the clinic where they will see an experienced nurse with the support of a supervising GP.
The Wisbech GP hub provides services from:
North Brink Practice
7-9 North Brink
Appointments are available to registered patients on Wednesday 6.30pm to 7.30pm and Saturday 8.00am to 12.00 noon. If you can’t make it to your GP practice during normal opening hours, ask your GP Practice Reception for an appointment at the Wisbech GP Hub.
Wisbech GP hub is working with Wisbech GP practices, The Greater Peterborough Network (GPN) and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group, to provide extended access to primary care in the Wisbech community.
In order to support your care, healthcare staff maintain records about you. Staff working in the Hub are fully trained to understand their legal and professional obligations to protect your information and maintain patient confidentiality; we take great care to ensure your information is kept securely and confidentially, and used appropriately.
With your consent, details of your interaction with the service will be recorded on your patient record. Your registered GP will be notified of the contact with the service.
You can object to your information being shared with the Wisbech GP Hub. This will mean you cannot be seen by the GP Hub team and will have to seek medical treatment elsewhere.
If you would like to find out how your information is used, raise an objection, request access or ask who has accessed it you can contact the Wisbech GP Hub by writing to:
The Service Lead, Wisbech GP Hub, 7-9 North Brink, Wisbech, Cambs, PE13 1JU
From the 19th July, it is still recommended that people wear face coverings and social distance in a healthcare setting. Therefore, we will still require patients to wear a mask and social distance when in North Brink Practice. This is for the health and protection of our staff as well as our vulnerable patients.
Thank you for your support during these challenging times and remember to stay safe.
