Unfortunately due to technical problems we are having some difficulties with our phone lines.
We have been advised it is a national outage that is currently being worked on to fix the problem.

CCG Training Afternoon
Please be aware that the practice will be closed on Wednesday 22nd November 2017 from 1pm for a CCG training afternoon.
We will return to normal service on Thursday 23rd November 2017.
Christmas Opening Times
The practice will be CLOSED on Monday 25th,Tuesday 26th December and Monday 1st January. Between and after these dates we will return to our normal opening hours.
Leading up to the festive period it is important you place your prescription requests on time.
There will be no prescription deliveries between the 18th December 2017 and the 3rd January 2018.
Due to this, please ensure you get your prescription requests in before this time.
We are now booking appointments for this years flu vaccination.
We are still offering our flu clinic to those patients that are eligible. Please do not hesitate to contact our patient services team on 01945 660460 to find out your eligibility and to make an appointment.
Housebound Flu Vaccination
If you are a housebound patient and are unable to attend an in-house flu clinic we can arrange for our community district nurses to come out to administer this vaccination.
If you have not already done so, please contact the practice so that we can pass your name on to the community district nurses.
Please speak to someone on our patient services team and we will get this arranged for you.
