Dispensary Information

We are able to send you a text message to let you know when your medication is ready to collect and you will also be informed about dispensary closures and other relevant information. 

We offer a delivery service to patients who are housebound or meet our criteria. If you feel as though you may benefit from our delivery service, please speak to a member of the dispensary team. 

If you have regular medication, and have been stable on that dose for some time, we may be able to offer you the electronic repeat dispensing service where we can order your medication on your behalf for up to 6 months at a time. If you think you would benefit from electronic repeat dispensing, please speak to a member of the dispensary team. 

We now offer MDS to patients who struggle with their medication. If you feel as though you may benefit from this service, please speak to a member of the dispensary team. 

Our Dispensers are qualified to a minimum of Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Pharmacy Service Skills and are supported by trained dispensary assistants with customer service skills. 

The North Brink Practice Dispensary can process medication requests for all patients registered at the practice who live more than one mile from their nearest pharmacy. If you live in one of the local villages please speak to one of the dispensary team to see if you are able to benefit from one of our services.
