Welcome to North Brink Practice. If you require an appointment then please complete a triage form by clicking on the button below. It is available to use Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1830. The service is only available to patients registered with North Brink Practice; you do not require any login details. You can also submit other things such as sick note requests, BP/height/weight readings, and changes to your address and contact details. For more information, please click here.

New Telephone System
Please be aware that on Thursday 15th October 2026 we are having a new telephone system fitted. Please bear with us as there may be unexpected delays in answering your calls whilst the new system is installed and the telephone number is ported over.
Our telephone number will remain the same and there will be no changes to how you contact the practice. During this time, please remember to visit our website if you would like to submit a query or triage request for an appointment.
