The service is only available to patients registered with North Brink Practice; you do not require any login details. You can also submit other things such as sick note requests, BP/height/weight readings, and changes to your address and contact details. For more information, please click here.

Restricted access to the rear car park
There was an incident over the weekend where part of the wall in our rear car park collapsed. The rubble has been cleared however, to ensure both patient and staff safety it has been decided to restrict access for cars to enter the car park. Patients can still walk in and enter via the rear entrance however they will need to park in the Chapel Road car park. One of the gates has been closed and barriers have been erected to guide patients around the hazard until we are able to have the wall fully inspected and repaired.
