The NHS App has been developed by the NHS to help people in England get more information about their health and care - and more control of how they use NHS services.
Available to download on all iOS and Android devices, it allows you to book appointments with us, manage your repeat prescription, view your medical records, set organ donation preferences and much more.
For more information please click on the button below to be redirected to the NHS website.
We are now booking patients in for the autumn COVID-19 booster and flu vaccination. SMS invitations will be sent out daily with a link allowing patients to book an appointment online. Alternatively, you can call us on 01945 660460 or visit us at reception to book an appointment.
This will be a single appointment where you will receive both vaccinations if you are eligible.
We have also recently uploaded our September newsletter, focusing on the NHS app and online medical record access. To read it, please click on the button below.
