By having access to our online service you can request your repeat medication as well as update and view your full medical record on request. It is safe and secure to use as well as being fast and efficient.

If you would like access to our online service please email secretaries.northbrink@nhs.net with your full name, date of birth and address along with a picture of your photo ID (such as a driving licence or passport) and proof of address.

If you have had an account in the past however you have forgotten your login details then please follow the instructions as above. 

Remember not to disclose your login details with anyone. If you think that you account has been compromised then please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate action.
